Note to self: get traditional Polish costume and find a Polish male dancer (also in costume) who will lift me high in the air as as these dancers do.
If you watch PBS on Sunday nights, this host will be no stranger to you. Laurence Welk popularized "champagne music" and bubbles on his tv show (1951-1982) and brought music into the home. Oftentimes, he would bring on accordionist Myron  Floren  to wow the crowds as they danced across the stage or bobbed in the seats. Truly, this man has magic fingers! 
A band that usually plays "polka versions" of pop songs, Those Idiots were found at the Central Terminal this year and they did not disappoint.
Three-time Grammy nominated, The Buffalo Touch are a group of talented musicians and songwriters who have been leading the Buffalo polka scene for quite some time. Theirs is the kind of music that reaches down into the Polish nook of your soul and lifts you to dance. Here’s an excerpt from their latest CD!
